1. Service

Thorn Field Crest provides a subscription SaaS platform for restaurant operations, including AI forecasting, inventory, scheduling, pacing, cold-chain timers, and integrations with POS and delivery partners relevant to the Japanese market.

2. Subscription & billing

Monthly fees are billed in JPY in advance. Overage charges apply when usage exceeds contracted limits (e.g., seat count, outlets, API calls). Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy.

4. Uptime & support

Target uptime: 99.95% monthly. Standard support: 24/7 email; phone 09:00–22:00 JST; incident hotline always on. Credits apply for SLA breach above 0.5% downtime.

5. Data protection

Processing follows the Privacy Policy. Customer owns operational data; Thorn Field Crest may keep aggregated, de-identified analytics. Data residency: AWS Tokyo/Osaka; cross-border transfers governed by SCCs where applicable.

6. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, reselling, scraping, or competitive benchmarking without consent. Security testing requires prior written approval. Abuse of APIs or deliberate performance degradation is prohibited.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. Immediate termination for material breach or unpaid invoices over 30 days. Upon termination, customer data exports remain available for 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

8. Liability

Liability is capped at 3 months of fees paid for the affected service; no indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan; venue: Tokyo District Court.
